Please allow us two to three weeks to get your order shipped. 

( Depending on work load. )  Remember good things come in small packages and are worth the wait.

In a hurry? We will fill rush orders for an additional $5.00.

 

 

We ship thru the United States Postal Service.  Priority mail. 

All shipping in the United States and Canada is a flat rate of $4.90.  

After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the delivery confirmation number.

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order we offer an exchange or full refund of the product purchase price.  

We also offer a free "TUNE UP" for the life time of your collar.  

Not very often do we hear about the rhinestones coming loose, but it does happen once in awhile.
