Are the dog collars washable? TOP
Yes!!!  The the dog collars are washable.  You can throw them right in the washing machine in cold water.  Let the dog collars air dry.  Hot water  (heat) will cause the rhinestones to loosen up. 

Can I get my dog collar with a plastic buckle? TOP
No sorry,  as of right now we only offer metal buckles.  We have to figure out how to get the embroidery work in the correct place. Sometimes with the way the sizing works on the plastic buckles it gets more difficult to find out were to put the embroidery.  Also the rhinestone come off in the adjustment of the sizing on the plastic buckles.    I am sorry.

How are the rhinestones put on and will they come off? TOP

We use "hot fix" Swarovski rhinestones.  They come pre glued and activate with a heat wand.  They are surprisingly durable.  Reheating the rhinstones will activate the glue causing them to become loose.  Please do not iron or wash in hot water. 
 
 

Can you make smaller sizes than offered? TOP

Yes if you measure your dogs neck we can custom make that size for you.  We like to keep the collars at lease 5/8 inches wide so the embroidery will show up well. 
 
We can do 1/2 inch wide  please just message us for the 1/2 inch collars. 

Do you offer extra wide dog collars? TOP

Yes !!  We can make your dog collar 1 1/2 inch wide.
